Himalaya Herbals Natural Skincare Range

So I initially stumbled upon the Himalaya Herbals products as I was busy looking for a natural skincare range to help with my acne. As I always mention I have serious issues with acne—I tried using a chemical product that my dermatologist prescribed but that didn’t really work for me. The main issue I had with the prescribed product was that my skin started to look like it relied on the chemicals to remain clear. I also noticed that it was very harsh and was starting to lightly bleach my skin and my clothes too! So, I decided to go the natural route. I picked up a few natural products and added the Himalaya Herbal Neem Mask to my new all natural regimen. Read on to learn how I was pleasantly surprised by Himalaya Herbal products!

So I continued to use the Neem mask and found that I was super impressed with the outlook of my skin after every use! I didn’t really think that Himalaya Herbals had a full range of products until I found them on Instagram. At the very same time I realised that the natural range I was using was twice as expensive as the Himalaya Herbals range, so I decided to switch. Before I went to purchase my new skincare products I found that they were running a promotion on their online store, and they´d used one of my pictures on their Instagram Page! I fell in love and visited their online store which was super easy-to-use and the prices of the products were incredibly low!

Why use Himalaya Herbals Natural Skincare Range?

Himalaya Herbals is a range of personal care products made from all the best ingredients that mother nature has to offer. These guys went back to the basics, plus they also remembered to conserve the environment. To make life easy let me share some of my favourite products with you as we go along 🙂

Neem Mask

The Neem mask, like I have already mentioned is the first of their range that I tried. It’s a green and leafy-like formula that you spread on your face. I usually keep it on until it dries entirely, then I rinse it off with a sponge and luke-warm water. I found it strips all the impurities off your skin, leaving it smooth and soft. I usually use it every two weeks when I feel like my skin needs a little bit of TLC.

Apricot Scrub

I’ve just started getting into this product and I must say that it will be hard to use a chemical scrub again. Because I have dry skin this scrub was an absolute winner for me. It contains micro non-abrasive apricot granules that gently exfoliate your skin. What I loved about it is that it didn’t strip my skin dry, in actual act it has a cream-like formula that extracts and removes impurities from your skin and replaces them with a dose of moisture packed vitamins. It always leaves my skin super hydrated and sometimes I even forget  to moisturise!

Aloe Vera Face Wash

So this is another great product for dry skin babies. It contains Aloe Vera and Cucumber, need I say more! Ladies and gentlemen, if you have been paying attention to the life lessons of natural beauty, you must know this…aloe vera and cucumber are your skin’s best friend! The power couple ingredients make this face wash, amazing. It again has a cream-like formula that to me looks like an cucumber and aloe smoothie. It has that slimy effect as well and rubs in very easily. I love that it’s soap-free and again, super hydrating to the skin. It actually leaves your skin with this cool, breath-mint like feeling, you can literally feel that your pores are open and that your skin is breathing freely.

Oil Control Lemon Foaming Face Wash

I use this as a make-up remover. Because of the lemon it has the ability to strip off excess oil and grime from my face. This is perfect for those with oily skin or to make sure that heavy make-up has been completely removed from your skin. It’s very gentle, has a subtle scent and is soap-free.
